In remembrance of Harry Weber Salter, Jr. October 27, 1951 - July 11, 2022.
Harry Weber Salter, Jr., passed away peacefully on July 11, 2022, with his devoted wife Karen at his side.
Son of the late Harry & Ethel Weber Salter, Sr.

Devoted husband of Karen (nee Bracken) Salter, brother of Nancy "Bill" Mignogne and Susan "Truby" Jennings.

He was the founder of Chesco Mechanical Commercial Heating & Air conditioning which he managed for over 45 years.
Harry was a loyal volunteer for the Edgemont Fire Company.

Godspeed Harry!

ETFC would like to add:
It is with a heavy heart that Edgmont Township Fire Company announces the passing of member Harry Salter. Harry was a former fire fighter in Ridley Park before moving to Edgmont Township. He quickly became an active member of our fire company taking over the house and grounds committee and holding the position of Fire Police Captain for many years.

He could often be found sitting on the bench outside the firehouse smoking a cigar, and having a conversation with other members until late into the night. He was a friend, mentor, and brother to us all. He truly will be missed.
